Shipping and Returns Policy
Delivery Time
• We deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) within 1-3 business days under normal conditions. Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays or periods of high demand.
• We ship to GCC countries in addition to the UAE. Delivery timelines and availability can vary depending on the destination
• If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.
Store Pickup
• For customers choosing to pick up their orders in-store, please allow up to 24 hours for packing, depending on order volume. You will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.
Returns and Complaints
No Returns on Consumable Products
Due to the nature of our products (candy, chocolate, and chips), we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. All sales are final.
Complaints
If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong product, missing items, or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. To assist with your complaint, we may require:
• Your order number
• Details about the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Once your claim is reviewed, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
